Dallin Update

Today Dallin had his (almost) 3 month old cardiology check up.

The doctor confirmed what my mothers intuition already knew Dallin's hole has not closed and is the same size that it was at birth.

The good news, Dallin is growing, and has many more pink moments compared to blue moments. We are going back in January for another ultrasound, and then we'll game plan after that.

The doctor also tried to repeat the hearing test, and by doctor, I mean the doctor told his really cute nurse to try and repeat the hearing test. The problem, Dallin is a natural flirt. In comes little miss cute thing, and all he would do is coo at her. It was pretty adorable, but totally unsuitable for a hearing test that requires absolute silence.

The doctor wrote us a referral for the German hospital that housed us when Ben electrocuted himself last year, Uni-Mainz. It's a wonderful hospital with state of the art testing. We'll see if the insurance will let us do that! For now though, we have appointments at the American hospital for his hearing at the beginning of December. Hopefully we have more answers soon, but for now, we are sure enjoying  this 97% happy baby who doesn't find it necessary to scream at us all the time ;) Also, this is what I see all day long:
